GENERAL QUERIES
Absolutely! Cash on Delivery (COD) is an option for orders under INR 6000 across all eligible pincodes...
We levy a charge of INR 100 for any return orders as reverse shipment fee at the time of Refund.

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hrs from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

CANCELLATION, RETURN / EXCHANGE & REFUND
You have the option to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it via Whatsapp. You can also choose to cancel the order by clicking the "cancel order" button in the order confirmation message.
We aim to uphold the highest quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Additionally, we kindly ask that you email us a photograph of the damaged or defective product at:

Failure to inform us may result in the return not being processed.
Innerwear (Briefs, Trunks, Boxers), Socks, cannot be returned keeping hygiene into consideration. In addition, orders including any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
After the reverse pickup is completed, it typically takes 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse, where it undergoes a quality check. Upon passing the QC, the refund for a return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.
Please be aware that if any promotional or coupon code is used during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. For non-promotional purchases, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
If discounted orders are returned, the discount will be nullified, and products will be billed at MRP. The remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.
For prepaid orders, the refund method corresponds to the payment mode used for the order, typically credited within 2-3 working days. If not, contact your bank.
Please be aware that if a promotional/coupon code is redeemed, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. Otherwise, for non-promotional purchases, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
Once the product(s) reach us and pass the QC, a refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered email and WhatsApp number.
